payment is approved but error shown to customer

Hello we have woocommerce and are using the Authorize.net (AN) DPM addition so we can use (AN) with woocommerce for credit card payments.
We are getting an error when someone places an order. Basically the order goes through and the payment is completed; but an error message is displayed on the webpage for the customer to see “An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.
This transaction has been approved.
It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.”
We have contacted AN and they are telling us this is coming from Woocommerce. So we are hoping someone on here can help us with identifying and fixing this issue. Thanks so much….
