payment instruction email

Hi, I would like to enquire if it is possible to send different emails from woocommerce for different products a user select.
We sell our own products, but also affiliated products that is setup in our shop. The idea is that the payment instruction email that is send when a user by affiliated products must be different than the one send for our own inhouse products. Hope this make sense.
