Payment incomplete in Stripe shows Paid on Sprout

  • Hello

    My client paid the invoice (i set up the payment button to not catch the billing address and only the credit card numbers).

    the money was never received and shows as an incomplete payment on Stripe while it shows as PAID in Sprout.

    stripe show payment_intent.created though but incomplete “the customer has not completed the payment”

    please help as the money is stuck and stripe supports says the client needs to complete the order on the site which is not possible
