Payment History is Showing a Black Page

    Hi
    Today I realized “Payment History” in EDD shows a black page upon being clicked. The title of the black page is “edit.php(GIF Image 1 x 1 pixels)”.

    I would be grateful if someone tells me what I should do.

    Hi @armink,

    It sounds like there is a conflict with another plugin activated on your site.

    Could you please temporarily deactivate all other plugins and let me know if that resolves the problem? If so reactivate them again one at a time until the problem returns. Once it comes back, you will know which plugin caused the issue.

    I deactivated all other plugins and it fixed the issue. But I reactivated the plugins one by one and the problem did not come back.

    Sounds like the problem was caused by a lack of memory on the server. Deactivating the plugins probably free up enough memory on the site in order for it to function properly.
