Payment has failed. Reason: no information provided by gateway

    Hi

    Everything seems to work fine with the plugin except that IPN that is sent by PayPal does not seem to be received by the plugin. However, the IPN history of Paypal indicates that the delivery was successful (HTTP response code 200).

    This is very frustrating as the buyer remains on a pending condition although he has completed the purchase of the service.

    Any help would be more than appreciated.

    Hello @andreasml,

    You need HTTPS in order for this to work, PayPal will not send IPN messages to non-https URLs.

    Talk to your hosting provider about this.

    Thank you for your kind reply. The notification was a https url (https://www.vascularsociety.gr/?pay_gate_listener=paypal_ipn).

    Is there anything else i should look at?

    It is working fine. I just removed the testing option and there is no problem at the moment.
