Payment Goes Through but Backend Value Shows $0

    Hi there,

    Great plugin. We recently encountered an issue that is puzzling. A donor can submit a payment that paypal receives just fine. However, the tracking on the backend appears to be incorrect. It occasionally shows the value as $0 even though the donation was successfully received. See example screenshot:

    Hi @marmondesigns,

    Navigate to Donations -> Donations and check if the donation made to that form was also recorded as $0.

    Next, go to Donations -> Tools -> Data, and run all the recalculation options in the dropdown.

    Last, if you use any type of cache, make sure to clear it.

    Hey @marmondesigns,

    This usually happens when there is some kind of cache on the website, be it a plugin or server cache.

    In this case, you need to make sure that all the pages related to GiveWP are whitelisted from your cache systems (it depends on the service you are using: a plugin or server). The URL includes:

    any page with a donation form on it and/or the donation form URL itself
    the /donation-confirmation/ page
    the /donation-failed/ page
    the /donation-history/ page
    the /recurring-donations/ page (if applicable)

    Also, make sure that your server is not caching the admin pages/settings.
