• Hello,

I currently have a website where I offer 3 leisure passes in Mallorca. Capture Attachment:

Each pass has a price with x activities, that is, you pay for the pass and you can do everything that is part of the pass in question. Right now you can’t make purchases, I’m right at that point in development.

The “complication” that I don’t know if it can be done with WooCommerce is that if, for example, you spend 14 days in Mallorca, you can buy 3 days of the LifeStyle pass, 4 days of the Mallorca First pass, 3 days of doing nothing and 4 days of the Premier pass. Pass.

I have the app where this process is understood very well. Attached screenshot:

Thank you very much in advance,

    Any questions we comment

  • Hi @monicaamb12

Thank you for reaching out — we’re happy to help!

Each pass has a price with x activities, that is, you pay for the pass and you can do everything that is part of the pass in question. Right now you can’t make purchases, I’m right at that point in development.

From what I gather, you are in the process of setting up a site with memberships that include activities, in Mallorca. Am I getting this?

I went ahead with visiting the site at https://mydianpass.com/, and it sounds a membership plugin, like WooCommerce Memberships would be a great fit for your use case.

I have the app where this process is understood very well. Attached screenshot:

Currently, it is not entirely clear if this is a separate app, or otherwise, as I could not find any membership plugin details in the site’s source code. If so, and there is a membership plugin in place, feel free to reach out to its support channel, as they would be in a better position to assist you.

For WooCommerce Memberships, that would be via WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Keep in mind, if you want to try our products, you can leverage our 30-day refund policy. In a nutshell, it gives you 30 days to try it out, and if the product doesn’t work the way you need or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to offer a full refund.?You’ll find the details of our refund policy here.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions about this matter, or if we misinterpret your concern in any way. We will be happy to help you further.

A quick follow-up, as it appears there is a whole separate app available on major app stores (link here).

To clarify, the whole process of informing the site’s visitors, selling memberships, and have them include the activities of their choosing in them, along with setting the duration of the passes, is possible within WordPress, with WooCommerce and plugins like WooCommerce Memberships, that was mentioned above. The passes can arrive at the email inboxes of customers, for example.

That would render the app unnecessary, though, I’m afraid.

As a next step, best to provide us with what parts of the functionality you’d need the site to take over, and what parts to leave for the app, therefore, putting us in a better position to assist you further.

    I hope this helps!
