    I meant the problem is that the gateway just keep looping and does not redirect anywhere.

    UPDATE

    For new testings.
    I installed a new WordPress site with everything fresh.

    1. WordPress is a fresh install.
    2. Plugins are all of them fresh install.

    BUT

    The problems keep doing the same.

    TEST MODE works great even with the fake Credit Card information.

    LIVE MODE does not works. It just keep looping and send the timeout error

    Hello, well I try to replicate the error with no luck. I can only assume is either the payu service was down or maybe a proxy problem with your network.
