Payment Gateway options?

Hi,

can anyone recommend the best payment methods for me to incorporate on my website based in the UK, for UK customers. Currently I have set up Paypal option, but is there any recommended plugins available for a payment method that allows a user to simply enter their debit/credit card details on the site without logging in a third party program, such as paypal?
