Payment gateway opening in admin dashboard but not for the user

  • Payment gateway not loading for client
    30 seconds and nothing appears

    on admin dashboard it opens normally

    tried removing any security plug in still it didnt work
    deleted the plug in and re add it nothing happened
    Cleared the cache the issue is there

    not sure what to do next
