Payment gateway not showing

    Hi folks, I use the sumup payment gateway on my website and previously had no issues. As of a few weeks ago, in the checkout, the boxes where you enter card information just don’t appear. The only thing displayed is “pay with debit/credit card”, nothing else.

    I have tested every plugin for conflicts and nothing came to light. I have also contacted sumup who were absolutely useless in helping resolve the issue.

    Any pointers on how to fix it?

  • Hello, any update on this ? I have same issue on version 6.4.3 of wordpress and saw a reveiw that said it was not working on version 6.4.2 so maybe it’s that ?

    No update, the technical support from Sumup was up there with some of the worst I have received. Everything they suggested either did nothing or was totally irrelevant. I changed to Stripe.

    I have the same issue! With the latest version of the payment gateway when I connect to my account using OAuth, I get:

    but in the same time “Your credentials are valid and you are ready to use the plugin.”.

    When I try to checkout an order I get “There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.”
