Payment Gateway not Showing

Good afternoon, my client is using Yith Advanced System Premium. He is using a payment gateway called PeachPayments. This option is not showing up as an option and the other option that is available is greyed out. How can I use this gateway? Also why would the other gateway be greyed out?
