Payment Gateway Missing

Hi,

I’m planning to purchase a pro version of your plugin but was testing the free version first. Somehow, when I set the price based on customer shipping country, the paypal payment option disappears. When I switch back to price based on the customer billing country, it appears back.

The desired setup is that all other shipping countries except my native country will be charged in USD. And as per your guide below, the USD currency is definitely within Paypal’s coverage.

Any idea what the conflict might be?
