Payment Gateway is not showing

    Hi, We are using using your “Woo Gerencianet Oficial” plugin in one of our project.

    We have installed latest version of our WordPress and WooCommerce. and we follow all settings you mentioned in your manual.

    After activating plugin we can see settings and added settings and but its not showing at front-end on checkout page

    We try everything but still not showing. We need to use this for our project and it should work with WooCommerce.

    Its is not our theme issue because we also tested it with WordPress default themes as well.

    Is there any settings in account as well?

    Our server also have minimum settings required

    Minimum version of PHP: 5.5.0
    Minimum version of WooCommerce: 2.2.x
    Minimum version of WordPress: 4.1

    Please help us, we are waiting for your assistance

    First, it is important to say that Gerencianet works only in Brazil, with the currency “Real (R$)”. If the financial operations of your site are not in Brazil or in such currency, our plugin does not support.

    If you are working inside Brazil and with the currency “Real (R$)”, please kindly open a ticket in our support. Here we can not identify your Gerencianet account and also can not see the requests within your API. For security and privacy reasons, we do not recommend that you disclose your Gerencianet account information in this space (which is public).
