    I changed the woocomerce paypal account so the previous subscription to this change doesn′t appear as paid. Is there any way to fix this or my customers have to cancel the previous subscription and purchase a new one to match the new paypal account.

    Yes unfortunately you should cancel the old subscription and ask to these customer if is possible purchase again.
