Payment gateway blocked as spam

Hi,
I am having issues with different customer sites running WooCommerce together with CleanTalk: the webhook requests from the payment gateway (Payrexx) are getting blocked by CleanTalk.
The webhook from the gateway sees a status code 200 and everything seems ok at first, but the payment remains pending in WooCommerce. On further analysis, in the logs of the webhook I see that the page is returning the message “*** Forbidden. Sender blacklisted. ***” coming from CleanTalk.
I can solve the issue by completely deactivating CleanTalk, but this is not what I want, given that I would like to keep it active to filter out spam orders.
Is there a correct way to filter requests from/to the payment gateway?
