    Dear Malcom,

    I purchased StageShowGold yesterday but I’ve not received any instructions via email.

    I have attempted to use the download form and enter my transaction ID but it simply says ‘Error: Record not found’

    Are you able to look into this for me?

    I do wonder if there is an issue with your server sending email as I have contacted you through the ‘Contact us’ as well.

    Hi Seb

    The email definitely got sent … there’s a bcc copy that comes back to me and I got that (sent 05:27 yesterday) so it may be in your “Spam” folder.

    Your contact did arrive as well … but I’ve been out of email contact for a day or so …. so I’ve only just picked that up.

    I’ve resent the original email, and also sent a separate email with the plugin code. Hopefully this should sort you out!
