Payment for SS Gold not recieved email and Download form not working

Dear Malcom,
I purchased StageShowGold yesterday but I’ve not received any instructions via email.
I have attempted to use the download form and enter my transaction ID but it simply says ‘Error: Record not found’
Are you able to look into this for me?
I do wonder if there is an issue with your server sending email as I have contacted you through the ‘Contact us’ as well.
