Payment fields on stripe checkout with woocommerce not displaying correctly

I actually have two sites, candycream.net and the subdomain india.candycream.net. Can I ask which country you are accessing the site from as currently the site diverts users from some countries to the india.candycream.net website and I am using paypal on that one.

I have disabled the redirect now, just in case. Sorry for that.

Thank you for sharing the System Status Report with us. Since you posted the forum topic in Storefront, I was suspecting that you are using Storefront theme and have CC fields display problems. In future please add topics in respective forums e.g WooCommerce or Stripe in your case.

I tested this in my test site using Storefront and Stripe, I do not see any display issues in the checkout for the CC fields. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/PSYgVj

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:
?

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

If this is a theme issue, I recommend contacting your theme developers to assist you with this issue. Or if it is a plugin conflict please contact the respective plugin developers.

Thank you very much for this. I’m so sorry. I just checked and I just realised I am using the shopstore theme and not storefront. My mistake. I Apologise for that but I will take your advice and test for conflicts and if not I will post on the relevant forums. Thanks again!
