Payment fields do not load on checkout

    Hi all,

    When I select eWay at checkout, no fields are displayed. I’m on the latest plugin version, I also downgraded one minor version and the problem persisted.

    Other payment methods work fine.

    It’s definitely not a theme issue either as I’m getting the same issue on twentytwentyone theme.

    Any ideas? I’ve seen other people complain of the same issue on here.

    Hi @govno – sorry to hear that! I’ve tried looking at your checkout page to get a better idea of what’s happening, but it doesn’t look like you currently have Eway active. Can you activate that for us and let us know when you’ve done so? Without that activated, it will be impossible to debug.
