Payment failed, please try again!

    Hi,

    I really need some help. I have tried to find solutions by reading other posts but I really can’t work out what is wrong. I keep getting the error “Payment failed, please try again!” which doesn’t give you much of a clue where things have gone wrong.

    What should I do?

    Note: I have changed the total to ￡1 just to try and pay myself for testing

    Hi @vehiclemoddingcompany

    I hope you’re well today!

    According to the errors on the page (as reported by browser) there’s an attempt to load some PayPal libraries (by Forminator) while they are already loaded in different version. Then there’s a follow-up error that states that due to that “PayPal Buttons” are not available.

    In short, this means that there’s a conflict because there’s another plugin that is using the very same libraries (except in outdated version) and it loads them earlier and in a way that causes conflict.

    Are you using any other plugins on site that provide PayPal payment options? If so- what are these plugins and could you try to disable them temporarily to test if without them this Forminator form is working?
