Payment failed: No such customer

    Hi,

    We are having an issue with Stripe, it seems this has happened after we transitioned from another stripe account.

    Customer had a hard time checking out as it errors out in checkout.

    Payment failed: No such customer: ‘cus_XXX’ Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.

    Please advise

    Hi @ccmanz

    That is not an error message from our plugin. It looks like you’re using the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugin based on that error message. Can you please confirm by going to your WordPress Admin > Plugins page and reviewing your active plugins?

    Our plugin, which is called Payment Plugins for Stripe WooCommerce has code that prevents such errors from interfering with the checkout process.
