Payment failed messages for levels that don’t exist

Hello!
A few days ago I started receiving “payment failed” messages for several memberships. On investigating, I found that their quarterly payments went through as usual around Oct. 30 and that the system was wrongly trying to charge them again, only five weeks or so along.Then they were suspended.
Please help!
