    Hello!
    A few days ago I started receiving “payment failed” messages for several memberships. On investigating, I found that their quarterly payments went through as usual around Oct. 30 and that the system was wrongly trying to charge them again, only five weeks or so along.

    Then they were suspended.

    Please help!

    Regarding failed payment, I can not guess the exact issue from the provided details so kindly provide more information about which payment gateway you are using. And, whether you are using an automatic payment method or manual payment method, So I can assist you further.

    I use Paypal and these are automatic recurring subscription payments. Tho’ as I mentioned, these “failed payments” were sent through well before the recurring payments should have been.
