    Hello, we increased the memory however the error still remains.
    What I realized is that before, at each attempt the system generated two logs: one from paypal and one fatal errors. Now only generated the paypal log as printed: https://prntscr.com/wgzvgj and attachment: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/0DnoP2BLOmj6N9tnCNu5VV6xA#paypal-2021-01-05-409a4e0adb89b29e0e4b41064f8e308b

    * By the way, we are thinking about purchasing the Advanced Frontend Manager extension. In this case, we would have priority support for the core of the plugin, as we have been trying to use it without success for months.

    Please, can you help me?

    Hi @fabioantonucci
    The memory issue is not related to our plugin at all. This completely depends on your site. Please ask your server to increase its limit.
    Secondly, the log file you shared is not wcmp product_vendor.log file. If there is any issue occurred in the commission paid time then it will show on the product_vendor.log file. Your commission is not paying there are several reasons – vendor payment method not setup, paypal email not correct, paypal account setting issue.

    Hello, as shown previously we have already increased the memory of the server. So much so that there was no more fatal error.
    All settings related to paypal appear to be correct. The correct log file would be this: https://www.icloud.com/iclouddrive/0e8fCm5xG10T-CS_uLia45EYQ#product%5Fvendor (if not, please indicate the correct folder)

    Please, can you help me?

    Thanks

    @fabioantonucci, thanks for sharing your log file.

    As we can see PayPal has sent you this error :

    {“name”:”AUTHORIZATION_ERROR”,”message”:”Authorization error occurred.”,”debug_id”:”7cced6e0e71d9″,”information_link”:”https:\/\/developer.paypal.com\/docs\/api\/payments.payouts-batch\/#errors”,”links”:[]}

    It means, your PayPal account is not authorized for payment. Kindly share this error with PayPal team, this will be able to resolve this issue for your account.

    Please do keep us posted.
