    Hey,

I note that I do not know English so I support myself with a translator ?? I have a problem because I’m not sure if this is the problem of my payment gateway or wordpress configuration plugin. I use PayU payment gateway in Poland. I created a PayPal account like in your video, I added LIVE “ID” and “Secret”. However, at the time of payment, the full amount is charged and transferred to my bank account. There is no commission payment from the transaction to the PayPal account for the Vendor. When I am manual asking for the payment of the commission as a Vendor, I receive the information “Oops! Something went wrong please try again later” and on the administrator’s account in “WCMp” in commissions, I have the information “Payment failed”.

How does commission and withdrawal work? For example, 50% commission from the amount of $ 1 for a product. The payment gateway should split this into a PayPal transaction into my account that uses the API? Then from this account to the Vendor PayPal account?

I can not understand this mechanism. If you can explain the way the commission is collected, step by step, let me know which side the problem is. Perhaps I need to expand the payment gateway due to the “PSD2” directive.

    Greetings
    Matthew

  • Hi Matthew, thanks for reaching WCMp Support!!

Regarding withdrawal, each vendor can see the amount they can withdraw (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/lxbh5f). Now, as you are getting the error, please make sure admin has provided details of PayPal/ Stripe via WCMp >> Settings >> Payment >> Paypal payout/Stripe (https://prnt.sc/lxbhf1).

And vendor has also added their account details via Dashboard >> Store Settings >> Billing (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/lxbhlj)

Even after this, you are facing error, you need to check the log file, where PayPal will send the error message.

So, please access FTP and goto our plugin folder “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor”, in this folder you can see a file called “log”. Here you can see the error message and send that to us.

Regarding payment Gateway, we do provide three options, i.e. who will bear the payment gateway charge, Admin / Vendor / Separately. (see this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/lxbjjl). So, if you select “Separately” from the dropdown list, then admin will only pay gateway charge on his part of the earning.
Let me explain it to you mathematically.

The cost of a Product is 15$. The vendor gets a commission of 80%, admin gets a commission of 20% and the Payment Gateway charge type has been set to “Percentage” and gateway charge has been set to 5.933%.
So, Vendor will now get a commission of (80% of 15$)-(80% of 0.89) = 11.288$
    Admin will now get a commission of (20% of 15$)-(20% of 0.89) = 2.822$.

Let us know if you have any further query.

@iwsongroup, it seems like your PayPal account is not authorized by Paypal for Payout.

So, Please get in touch with PayPal and ask them to approve/authorize your account to pay the vendor via Payout. Only then the vendor can be paid.

    Keep us posted also.
