    “message”: “Stripe doesn’t currently support application fees for platforms in US with connected accounts in IN.”

    This is reflected in my Stripe reports when the payment is failed at the Giver’s end. This was my first ever donation. I had opened a ticker previously, but looks like that’s abandoned. Kindly help.

    Hi @artoonsinn1,

    The error message you mentioned usually occurs because the Stripe Basic/Free Version which is bundled with Give Core deducts 2% application fee via Connect API (which uses Custom Account method) while processing a donation. But, the Connect API using the Custom Account method is not supported for Stripe India accounts as of now.

    For more information, go to URL: https://stripe.com/en-in/connect/pricing and scroll to “Connect with Express or Custom accounts” which is shown as “Coming Soon”.

    To successfully process donation with Give and Stripe India account, you need to enter the manual API keys using Stripe Premium add-on. You can check the details about the addon on GiveWP website.
