    I have woocomerce plugin in my wordpress website and stripe gateway for payement and i try to checkout my orders but i see this message :

    can you help me please !!

    Hi @fairtradero – Do you happen to have logging enabled? You can check this by going to: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe

    If logging wasn’t enabled, please enable that and try placing another test order.
    If logging was enabled (or you’ve already retried the transaction since enabling), go to: WP Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    Once on the logs page, you should then see a dropdown to the right. If you click on that, do you see any logs for Stripe?

    This sounds like it’s related to the issue of the Stripe Payment plugin overriding the default WooCommerce error messages, as per these threads:

    This means if there’s any errors in the checkout fields the default WC error messages won’t show. Would it be possible for the stripe payment gateway to use the default WC error messages function to help prevent these types of issues?

    Hi @antonynz ,

    The Stripe plugin shouldn’t be overriding the default error messages, which is why in those we asked for additional logs. This screencast from that second post you linked to shows that the default WooCommerce messages aren’t normally overridden:

    If you check the logs that @jricketts4 mentioned, they provide some insight as far as the cause of the error message you’re seeing.
