Payment error! Payment with ref_id wcfm

  • We are receiving the following error after a vendor tries to sign up:
    Fatal error! Payment with ref_id wcfm_<long string> cant’ be found

    To replicate:
    (1) Go to spouse-ly.com > Become a Seller
    (2) Select the Starter plan and click the button ‘Sign Up’
    (3) Complete the sign up process.
    (4) The error will display after the Stripe payment.
    (5) You will not get redirected to the ‘Thank You’ page.
    (6) You will not receive an email acknowledging vendor registration.
    (7) The stripe payment does come through.
