    I have a couple other clients using this plugin with no problems, so thank you!

    I have one client from whom I’ve received their merchant ID and password and confirmed this with CardConnect MANY times, however we keep getting:

    Payment error: Order Declined : Invalid merchant

    Do you know of any cases or reasons why given the correct credentials, this error might appear, e.g. port issues, etc.?

    Also, do you know if this plugin might choke on certain special characters in the password field, e.g. @ symbol? That’s the only other thing I can think that might make the validation fail.
