Payment Error Ocurred

    I have multiple customers who are getting this error despite trying multiple payment options. We are using Square gateway for payments but due to this issue have added a Paypal option which has worked every time someone has used it.

“An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.” I’m only in my fifth week of business but about 25% of customers are seeing this issue and are unable to pay for their orders. People whose cards do work and are able to save on file seem to be able to process every time.

    Sorry it has taken me so long to get a reply. This issue appears to be resolved. I was able to change to a new theme and get the website back to working condition. Took a while to figure it all out as ths is my first wordpress site, but just the theme change with no plugin changes seems to have fixed it. So far no on in the last week has had a payment issue. Thank you so much for your help. It is very appreciated.
