    Hi! We recently used this plug-in for our customer’s website.

    One of their customer recently bought a gift card and an error appeared after they made their payment. There was an error but the payment still got processed, so our customer ended up buying multiple gift cards because they didn’t know the other ones were successfully processed.

    Another problem was in force sending an email in the back-end part of the plugin. A white screen will appear and a warning error on it.

    Please, could you tell me which theme are you using? Maybe there is a conflict with other plugin or your theme.

    I made a test on my local installation using WordPress, WooCommerce and our plugin and the payment go in the right way.

    Please could you make a test with only WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards and let me know if it’s working? If not, try to switch to a default theme like TwentySixteen.

    Hello,

    The theme we are using is a customized theme made specifically for the site.
    There are multiple woocommerce add-on plug-ins we are using, but I’ll ask the customer which woocommerce we can uninstall and see if it will help solving some issues. I also noticed that when I try to update your plugin,it says plugin update failed:

    An error occurred while updating YITH WooCommerce Gift Cards Premium: Download failed. Not Found

    Is there a way we can get the latest update file and manually upload it in the plugins? We are using the premium plugin.

    I tried deactivatiing other add-ons and just activated woocommerce and your plugin but I can’t update it still. Btw our Woocommerce version is 4.1.0 and the yith plugin is 3.1.2

    Seem that you are using the Premium version of the plugin, so you will need to open a ticket in yithemes.com to solve the problem.
