    Hi, I use WooCommerce shipping for shipping label generation. Suddenly I ran into a problem that whenever I am trying to generate the label and pay for it this message shows up:
    “Payment failed – The transaction was declined. Please contact support quoting error RBLKLU.”

    I have checked that my site is properly connected with wordpress.com and card is properly added in my account. Could you please help me with the troubleshooting?

    Hi,

    I am contacting support from my-account in Woo.com since Thrusday ( 25th July ) last week. But not getting any reply or ticket number from Woo. Could you guide me if I doing anything wrong?

    Could you please share details with us to track down your support request at Woo.com? Something like the description of the issue you shared in this box while contacting us? Your site address or Woo.com account username (if you are willing to)?

    I would suggest submitting a new request via Woo.com?> My Account > Support in case previous one didn’t go through.

    I have checked the spam as well. But unable to find it. Can it be resent from your system? That will be so much helpful.
