Payment Error for MPGS Plugin integration

    Hi,

    We have installed the WooCommerce MPGS plugin and entered all the required details.

    Upon proceeding with the payment, we’re getting the following error:
    Payment error: Please contact customer support quoting the support code.

    Kindly requesting if you could please help us out in resolving this issue.

    Hi @woouserebiz99 ,

    I tested and it is working and reaching the payment screen.

    – Is this Test or Live Merchant ID?
    – I can see that the website currency is BHD, is the Merchant ID currency BHD as well?

    Hi @alibasheer ,

    Yes, the currency at both the ends is BHD.

    I was basically testing with the API Version. I was using the latest version of the API (i.e. version 57). However, after reading the plugin documentation, I changed that to 49 and it was working. I had done this change after submitting the support ticket.

    Is there a problem if we’re using and older version (v49) as opposed to using a newer version?

    I am happy that it worked! It is ok to use the API version 49. Nothing will change.
