    Hello,

    The plugin works with the sandbox mode while enabling the live mode. It shows an error “Payment error: Unauthorized.” while doing the order.

    Hello. That error typically means a configuration error on the Payeezy side or an invalid merchant token. Normally, we would solve this by establishing a new Payeezy gateway with the correct configuration. Unfortunately, Payeezy is being discontinued by Fiserv so we are no longer able to provision any new gateways with them.

    Since it sounds like your client has an existing Payeezy account, you might want to try this plugin with the configuration that uses the Gateway ID and Password configuration (instead of the merchant token): https://woocommerce.com/document/firstdata/
