Please make sure you have configured the plugin correctly, especially the “Merchant ID (MID), Username, Password and Site” (Site should be “fts” – without quotes) as per the following page:

I cannot really see any issues in the console of your site, and due to the “private personal data” nature of this plugin, troubleshooting a specific site/server issues cannot be done via this forum, and per site troubleshooting and assistance must be done through your CardPointe rep.
