Payment email url not working

  • I have not had an issue with this ever and now all of a sudden I am getting the payment email, with the link, clicking on the link (all characters are in the url in my browser, and i am taking to the main event listing page, not the payment page. url is oneruntogether.org.

    I can get to paypal if I click on that button at the time of registration, but the email is not taking me to the payment screen. On ER 6.00.31 and WP 3.5.1. Have many plugins there, but shut them all off and still the same issue. Cleared the wp-supercache cache and my bowser cache as well.

    Was this issue resolved, if so – how? I am having the same issue…

    I’m having this issue as well. Below is all I receive in the payment reminder email:

    A balance is outstanding on your event registration fees. Please pay to complete your registration process.: ?id=53&fname=Amanda

    The above URL is not complete nor usable. I even tried pasting it to the end of the website URL and it didn’t work.

    Have you configured your pages in the set-up. You must have two WP Pages with the correct short codes on them ..one for Registration and another for payments.

    Turns out both the registration and the payment pages were the same and did not have the payment return short code. I set that up just now and all seems good.
