    I’ve noticed that I have received payments in Mercado Pago Gateway, but there is no order linked to that specific payment in Woocommerce.

    As I understand you cannot find an order that says it was paid for with Mercado Pago, correct?

    Can you please share where you are seeing that you had payments with it?

    I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    Unfortumately it’s impossible to attach a picture of the notes or the order details beacause as I mentioned before there is no order.

    The buyer contacted us and shared evidence of his payment, the we checked with our gateway and verified that money actually got in the account. But there is no order generated for that client and that payment.

    Thank you for sharing the system status report with us. To understand the issue even further, are you able to replicate the issue from your end? You can try this by making a test order from your store to see if it is possible to replicate the issue.

    In the meantime, do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?

    The missing order problem presented randomly, there are orders Ok before and after the one is missing. I tried to replicate but the test orders always generate succeessfully.

    Have you checked the other tabs on the order page (failed/draft/etc)?

    Can you please share the Fatal error logs and Mercado Pago error logs(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors and Mercado Pago errors.

    Do you know if the customer got an “order received” email? If they did, did they tell you the order ID? No, the customer did not get any email nor order ID

    On your order list, is there a ID number missing on the order list? There is a huge amount of orders coming simultaneously many of them ar still as drafts while others are bieng created so, the order ID numbering is not a continous consecutive list. We receive about 500 to 1000 orders on a daily basis.

    Have you checked the other tabs on the order page (failed/draft/etc)? Yes, and cannot find the order, we searched by customer name on every tab. By the way, the same customer placed another order before the one missing, the first one went OK but the second got lost.

    There were no FATAL ERRORS log on the date the order was sopposed to be placed. I cannot find any Mercado Pago FATAL ERRROS log. Plase tell me if there is another log you can use to examine

    Just for comparison, could you also share a screenshot of the payment details at Mercado Pago Gateway of an order that is also appearing in WooCommerce?

    This will allow me to check and compare two payment details, one with a missing order at WC and one with the correct record at WC.

    Hello, I apologize for the delay, but the Financial officer is the only one who can access the Mercado Pago reports and still hasn’t sent me the screenshots you asked me for.

    Anyway in the meantime, we tracked the customers’ complaints and got a list of orders IDs that are saved as drafts but without any contact information, which is very strange because all contact fields must be filled out in order to continue to the paymeny gateway. I send screenshots of one of this orders.

    In addition to my las message, the orders with user information missing are a side problem, there are still orders that we cannot find in woocommerce even with the order ID users got. I am trying to find one missing order from which we can see the mercado pago payment receipt (in the received mails). It’s taking a while since I’am checking manually

    For the orders with missing user information, it could be due to a conflict with a theme or plugin. I suggest you try to temporarily switch to a default theme like Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Mercado Pago to see if the issue persists.

    For the missing orders, it’s crucial to get the Mercado Pago payment receipt. This will help us understand if the payment was correctly processed and if there’s a disconnect between Mercado Pago and WooCommerce.

    I understand that this process can be time-consuming, but it’s necessary for us to determine the root cause of the issue. Please continue searching for a missing order with a Mercado Pago receipt and share it with us when available.
