    hello everyone,
    we have installed and configured this plugin, but when we try to make a payment the procedure don’t proceed, it always remains the padlock in the middle of the page with the circle around it spinning
    we asked paypal and they told us to ask the plugin developer, because that seems to be the problem
    how can we solve it?

    thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.
    It looks like the PayPal button is being blocked by something to visualize on the checkout page.

    The first thing I would do is to check for a plugin conflict.
    You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to see if the behaviour persists.

    hi, I tried now by first installing the Storefront theme, and then deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and PayPal Payments: the problem remains
    So how do I go about resolving?

    Hi @wilky76,

    When clicking the button, there is a 403 error from your web server:

    I suggest reaching out to your hosting provider so they can check if there is anything on your website blocking the WordPress REST endpoint, for example.
    This could happen as a result of rewrite rules, among others.
