Payment description subscription

    Hi there,

    One of my customers is working with Woocommerce subscriptions and the Mollie plugin and wondering if the description on their sepa incasso payment could be changed to something other than “order xxx”.

    Their users ar sometimes cancelling incasso’s with the bank because they don’t know the origin of the payment is. It would be great if it could be something like “subscription for sitename”, is that possible?

    Hi @dotcircle,

    In the Mollie advanced settings, there is an option to set a different payment description. This only works when you enable the Payments API with the setting above.
    There are currently a few presets like the order number, store name or customer name, etc.. For the future, we aim to provide a more flexible description field, but we are working on some other features before this will be ready.
