Love Storefront theme; been using for a month or so, and it’s really working well except for one little glitch. Two of my products are downloadable pdf’s; one containing my phone number (hotline) and the other my email address (one on one via email)

I was testing the product to see if I could receive downloadable pdf via email, however, the payment button isn’t following through. I changed the price to $0, and it didn’t work, so I changed it to $4 thinking maybe the order wouldn’t complete at $0, but that wasn’t the case. All my plugins, theme and wordpress are updated

    All other product buttons working

Also, when I was just now looking at storefront product themes plugin info, I saw the infamous warning: This plugin has not been tested with your current version of WordPress. Could that be a problem somehow?

Thanks for any advice you can offer, Brenda Rand

Found the problem…Autoptimize plugin. Too bad; I love that plugin. I’ll activate it to clear cache, and then deactivate it

Assuming this is on checkout/ cart, unticking the “also optimize on cart/ checkout” option might solve your problems @venus911.

If not you might have to tinker with the AO settings a bit (see the AO FAQ for troubleshooting info). Let me know if you need additional help!
