payment authorised but woocommerce says failed security check

    Hi
    Love this, but there is one slight glitch here – cart works ok, passed through to worldplay ok, pay and authorise ok (i can see payments authorised in business manager interface) but in both live and test the redirect always sends me back to payment failed due to security check failure.

    Any ideas please?

    All your files have been uploaded and copied to production ok…

    Read the documentation and check that you set everything correct.
    Your url must be available to everyone, if you have any kind of plugin that blocks the website access, like “Under Construction” the payment won’t be processed in the wordpress installation. Same thing for localhost installation.

    Most likely the “Response Passwords” don’t match. Recheck and make sure the password in your Worldpay account is the same as the one in your woocommerce installation.

    thank you for the reply. i double checked the password and it seems to be the same.

    there are no plugins stopping access to the site.

    this is the error

    Security check failed, the transaction wasn’t successful, order has been canceled.
    Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again.
