Payment and Data submission

I am researching the best plugin option for my form payments. Can you answer these simple questions which are quite important for me.

If I purchased your pro version, can a form have a multiple choice pay via Paypal or Stripe?

Are payments processed locally or do customers get taken off-site?

Finally, Is the form data ONLY submitted to my inbox after the payment has been successfully processed or is the form data submitted as soon as a customer clicks the button to pay?

This last question is rather important to my needs as it will avoid product being sent out to customers who abandon before payment is made.
