When people click on the “pay” link in their subscription, the amount that is mentioned on the payment page is multiplied by 10!

I had to activate manual renewal for our country’s payment options for subscriptions. Many people do not have cards.

It is in combination with Name Your Amount, so people decide how much they want to give with a minimum price.

It is a variable subscription product, with different expiration options, renewing monthly.

The website is working with comma’s as decimals due to localisation.

I have no clue why this would happen. It would be great to have any suggestions!

    Hi @arentsen,

Since this is happening with a subscription product, you’ll want to reach the author of the subscription plugin to check further.

If you’re using our Subscriptions extension, kindly create a support ticket with us for further assistance.

    Thanks.
