    Once I get through my form I am allowed to pay but then the payment gateway is left spinning and I am never emailed the pdf that I paid for.

    Hi,

    You should be referring to a different plugin. The Form Builder CP doesn’t have payments integration. Please confirm the name of the plugin you are using.
