    Our site has had a PayPal Donate button for years, which worked fine, but now anytime someone tries to make a donation, they are getting the message, “We can’t complete your donation. This organization’s account is inactive.“

    The email address we’re using is correct and the PayPal account is active.

    What is the fix?

    I would suggest contacting PayPal – this is likely an issue with your account, not our plugin.
