    This would affect you if you have specifically configured the firewall on your web server to block all IP addresses except for PayPal/PayFlow IPs. Then you would need to adjust your white-list in your firewall to allow their new IP addresses. If you’ve never done anything like that specifically then you don’t need to worry about it.
