Payed Multisite Network + Filter Not working

    Hi,
    I cannot open a support ticket as I have no login and cannot generate here a login.
    Problem:
    I have multisite and cannot work with your paid network add-on for 25usd in the network dashboard: … /wp-admin/network/admin.php
    My license key: 908f7……..
    If I change the time period to check in slimstat plugin in the backend in the network page it opens a new window to one of the pages of my multisite away from the network. So, I cannot change the time frame in the network view. What is wrong? I entered your license key.

    Problem 2:
    Furthermore, your plugin is tracking Google Bots. But at Settings > filter, I switched on “Ignore Bots”

    What is wrong with the plugin and how to solve both problems?
