PayDay Loan Code in Theme Functions PHP File

I only got around to upgrading WordPress to 3.5 yesterday and this morning, I saw links to the PayDay Loans website spewed across the front page of my website. After reading through forums on www.remarpro.com, I found a link to the PayDay loans website in the top section of my Theme Functions file so I deleted it, which got rid of the obnoxious links on my website. I’m not sure if I got rid of all the offending code though and was wondering if you could look at the top section of my functions file. My website is: https://www.torontonicity.com
