Pay with link not working

Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce support. I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with the “Pay with Link” option disappearing on your website. Please disable and reactivate the option for Stripe Link, you need to navigate to your Stripe account checkout settings. There are detailed instructions on how to find this setting and toggle it off, here.

Then reactivate the Apple Pay / Google Pay option in the settings under Stripe > Manage, to be able to offer Google Pay / Apple Pay again.

Stripe Link is available to U.S merchants only. Can you confirm where you created your Stripe account? More info: https://woo.com/document/stripe/customer-experience/express-checkouts/

Additionally, if you are based in the U.S, make sure you have enabled the new checkout experience in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripes > Settings. More info: https://woo.com/document/stripe/setup-and-configuration/express-checkouts/#link-upe

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

• System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

I understand that Stripe supports this payment method in Australia, but as you can see on our documentation here, on WooCommerce Stripe Links is only available in the US.

We appreciate are always looking for ways to improve our products and services, and input from users like you is invaluable.

We have a website where you can submit feature requests and upvote the ones other people submitted and you like. You can check that out here in case you want to submit this as a feature request.

Having said that, you mentioned “and suddenly pay with link is disappear”. So it seems you did have it before, right? Have you changed the store location recentely?

Our docs clearly state that our plugin currently supports US merchants only; you might not be able to use it from Australia. However, It would be great to have you add your ideas as a feature request, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements.

Also, feel free to report any potential bugs on our GitHub repo here. Our dev team will then be able to investigate and provide further insights.
