Pay upon Invoice: Payment Instructions in Mail are empty

    Hey guys!

    With version 1.9.3 now works for me the process that the customer can pay by invoice.

    However, when sending the confirmation email, no payment instruction is defined.

    Here once an excerpt in German, what is in the mail:

    Für Ihre Bestellung #5443 (15-09-2022 14:47:00) bei [SHOP] haben Sie die Zahlung mittels “Rechnungskauf mit Ratepay“ gew?hlt.
    Bitte benutzen Sie die folgenden Informationen für Ihre überweisung:

    Bitte überweisen Sie den Betrag in H?he von EUR18.00 bis zum 15-10-2022 auf das unten angegebene Konto. Wichtig: Bitte geben Sie unbedingt als Verwendungszweck an, sonst kann die Zahlung nicht zugeordnet werden.

    IBAN:
    BIC:
    Name der Bank:
    Verwendungszweck:

    [SHOP] hat die Forderung gegen Sie an die PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. abgetreten, die wiederum die Forderung an Ratepay GmbH abgetreten hat. Zahlungen mit schuldbefreiender Wirkung k?nnen nur an die Ratepay GmbH geleistet werden.

    In the WordPress admin area in the corresponding order the RatePay payment instructions are displayed.

    I use the plugin German Market. Is there possibly a conflict here?

    Thanks for the feedback. We regret the rough start as there was a problem affecting only PayPal live mode and not the Sandbox where all tests were made.

    However, when sending the confirmation email, no payment instruction is defined.

    We haven’t performed dedicated tests with the German Market plugin (we only tested Germanized). The best way to rule out a potential conflict would be by connecting a PayPal Sandbox account to a staging environment and temporarily disabling the German Market plugin to see if the problem persists when creating a test Pay upon Invoice order.
    When the payment instructions are displayed in the order meta, they should also be included in the email notification.

    Hey Niklas,

    I just tested to deactivated German Market at the moment. No change. Next week I will test the other plugins and the theme.

    Hey!

    I’m so sorry that I don’t answer, I didn’t have the time to tested it again.

    But now I tested it, but with no success.

    What I do:

    I disabled all plugins, expect for:
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce PayPal Payments
    WP Maintenance Mode & Coming Soon

    I used the Theme Storefront.

    I tested it with Sandbox settings

    This WordPress installation is a network, does it make a difference?

    I tested it again today, unfortunately without success.
    I use version 2.0.1 because the latest version has a problem with

    FraudNet. With me the error, as described in the thread here also appears.

    In the end I am no step further than 4 months ago.
