Pay To Post Plugin

Hey guys/gals. I’ve been searching the net for the last 2 days for a simple “Pay-to-Post” plugin for wordpress that allows me to charge users a fee to register, and a fee to post content.

The fee to register ($.02, or whatever the minimum amount to process is) is to keep bots from signing up. And then the actual charge will be made before making a post. This will be for a job-board, so I need to be able to set an expiration date of 3 months before the ad is automatically removed.

Does anyone know of anything like this or something similar? I can’t believe I’m having so much difficulty finding just a basic pay-to-post plugin. I’ve tried about 15 so far that claim to be just that, but they’re either are old as dirt and not compatible with the newest release of WordPress, or they want $100+ for the plugin… (not gonna happen).
